We are serving American soldiers and their families stationed here. We are pleased to inform you that we are a part of the TRICARE medical network, ensuring convenient access to our services covered directly by your insurance.

To initiate your treatment with us, it's essential to obtain a referral from your primary care manager (PCM). The appointment hotline number is 0637 194 645 762, and when prompted, press 1 to schedule a (phone) appointment with your PCM.

For a seamless referral process, it is crucial to specify the provider as "SCHRIMPF, Niklas" and the specialty as "Osteopathic Medicine" on the "Authorization for Care" form. Typically, a prescription of 30 sessions is recommended.

Once your referral is confirmed we will contact you for an appointment. All billing will be conveniently handled through TRICARE. They will take care of the billing process on your behalf, providing a seamless experience for you.

In the event that you're experiencing acute pain and require immediate attention, we will still provide the necessary treatment. We will send you an invoice, which can often be refunded as well.

In addition to serving American soldiers through TRICARE, we are pleased to extend our services to US civilians covered by the American Foreign Services Benefits Plan (AFSBP) or Blue Cross. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we will create detailed invoices that are usually fully covered by these insurance plans.

Osteopathic treatments are not only covered by private and supplementary insurances, but they can also receive subsidies from many public health insurances. Typically, these refunds contribute €40 to €60 for each treatment covering up to six sessions per calendar year.
